This is the maximum amount you are liable to pay for loss or damage to the bike.

The insurance cover pays for costs exceeding the amount of the excess.

You require a full current motorcycle licence or a current drivers licence with a full motorcycle licence endorsement for any bike and be at least 25 years of age.

If you are from overseas an International Licence is required and a passport for identification.

Riders on restricted full motorcycle licences may hire LAMS (Learner Approved) motorcycles only. 

We accept payment by EFT or Visa/Mastercard credit cards.

Security/Damage Bond – A separate credit card transaction of A$3,500 is processed for the security bond when the hire agreement is signed. This is to cover any charges for fuel, excess mileage or damage. The damage bond is paid by a credit card and is fully refundable when the motorcycle is returned undamaged, on time and with a full tank of fuel.

24 Hours’ notice is required for extensions to the hire period. Requests will be conditional on availability of the motorcycle(s).

Refunds of any unused rental is at the discretion of Xplorermoto.

The bikes are current models and should not need any maintenance while you are away.

In the unlikely event that something does happen we will arrange for a local repairer to help you.

The minimum rental period is 1 day.  24 hours notice is required prior to booking commencement.

A deposit of 20% of the hire fee is required to secure your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation once payment is received.
